Questions & Answers
I’m not sure which program fits me where do I start?
Book the free 30‑minute Performance Assessment. Coach Daniel will review your goals, injury history, and schedule, then recommend the exact package or custom hybrid that makes the most sense for you.
How long does it take to see measurable results?
Most athletes notice better quickness, strength, or body‑composition changes within 4 weeks of consistent training. Major performance milestones like shaving 0.2 seconds off a 40‑yard dash usually appear between 8‑12 weeks, depending on commitment to workouts, recovery, and nutrition.
Can I train with you during my competitive season?
Yes. In‑season programs focus on maintenance strength, mobility, and recovery so you stay explosive without adding fatigue. Workloads are adjusted around game and practice schedules.
What facilities or equipment do I need?
On‑site sessions happen at our fully equipped performance center (turf, racks, platforms, sleds). For remote athletes, a basic gym setup barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands covers 90 % of the work; Coach Daniel will tailor drills to what you have.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
Simply give 24‑hours’ notice and we’ll move your session no penalty. Same‑day cancellations are counted as a session because time and space are already reserved.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely. Packages can be split into 2–4 automatic installments at no extra cost. Larger team or 7‑on‑7 fees can be spread across the season.
Is virtual coaching as effective as in‑person?
For athletes with solid gym access and willingness to record key lifts or drills, remote coaching delivers 90 % of the in‑person gains thanks to detailed video feedback, wearable data, and weekly check‑ins.
Do you work with younger athletes or adults just starting out?
Yes. We accept athletes age 10 and up, and plenty of adults use our programs for fat loss, muscle gain, or powerlifting/figure competition prep. Every plan scales to current ability and experience.
